A 13 year old girl sees something she does not understand and so tells a lie. An act that alters the lives of two young lovers forever. Based on the best selling book by Ian McEwan, Atonement is visually stunning tale of love, loss and regret. Directed by the visionary Joe Wright the film was a run away hit when first released. Its all star cast includes Keira Knightley, James McAvoy, Brenda Blethyn, Juno Temple, Benedict Cumberbatch, Romola Garai, Vanessa Redgrave and, in her break out role which won her an Oscar nomination, Saoirse Ronan. Beautiful and tragic, Atonement is a must see modern classic.

We're very pleased to announce a brand new venue for the autumn season. IWM London is a truly inspiring new location, and to coincide with their latest exhibition Real to Reel: A Century of War Movies, we will be screening three essential war films, including Atonement. Be transported, as you take your seat in this historic building, surrounded by the exhibits, including one breathtaking Spitfire which is positioned overhead.

Please note: tickets will include entry to the film, entry to Real to Reel: A Century Of War Movies and a glass of fizz on arrival.
