The Lost Boys (1987) 15

One thing about living in Santa Carla I never could stomach; all the damn vampires.

Thursday 4th August

Doors: 7:30 pm

Screening: 9:00 pm

A mother (Dianne Wiest) and her two sons (Coray Haim, Jason Patric) move to a small coastal town in California. This is a town with a difference. Stalked at night by a suspicious gang of bikers (led by Kiefer Sutherland) and plagued by mysterious deaths, it is not long before some bloodsucking rumours spring up. The two brothers have some strange encounters and are left with one question about the town’s night time inhabitants: could they be…vampires?!

Successfully bridging the gap between comedy and horror, this genre landmark is a must-see. Come and enjoy an atmospheric Coram Secret Garden and revel in The Lost Boys 80s glory - big hair, fangs and eyeliner encouraged!

1000 Londoners:

Joel in Islington is 21-30 and is a trial biker, a biker who cycles through man-made obstacle courses.
