|
On Saturday 29th the theatre was buzzing with Nomes for their showcase. Well supported by their parents, the youngsters put on a 30 minute show involving masks, mime, storytelling and improvisation. The piece had been pulled together in just four weeks and the potential this group of Nomes have was clear to see. Well done to all involved and also to Edd Mott who conceiced and directed the show. Our plans for restructuring the Nomes have been running smoothly thanks to Bill Pearson and Bel Bussicott. Next term's classes will run for two hours each week. We are delighted that Edd has agreed to stay with the Nomes for the Spring term and he will work alongside another resident tutor with visting tutors also joining them to teach specialised skills.
Nomes Spring Term The new programme will being on Thursday 8th January for the senior group aged 12 to 14. The sessions runn from 6pm to 7.30pm. There has been a majority of parents who have booked who prefer an hour and a half on a weekday. The two hour sessions for the junior group aged 7 to 11 will start on Saturday 10th January at 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pn. Fees for all the classes for the term will be £50. The three sessions are already booking up.

We are very grateful to those parents who have undertaken to be matrons and those who have joined the parent support team to help with the Nomes.
